Service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately it was impossible to get a vegetarian pho. So I got bun cha (veggie bobun) instead but it was not extraordinary : overcooked noodles, tasteless sauce, veggie spring rolls without much taste and dry.... Their picon bière was good. I also appreciated the design of the space. The aircon isn't strong enough so count on the fact that you will smell like bobun for two more days.
Reply to the owner: I precised to the staff that I knew that the bouillon of the soup was necessarily made of meat because I knew it was always made of bones. I just asked to make the final soup with no meat topping just put the same veggies on top like on buncha or use any other veggies. They told me it was impossible anyway.... I know it is possible anywhere and actually even cheaper for you as the restaurant because honestly veggies are much less expensive than good beef meat.. In addition to the pretty setting and the soothing atmosphere with its subdued lights (in the evening) we were received/served by Suma, who is just wonderful!
