The worst hotel I've stayed in Europe. My family and I stayed at the B&B Hotel for 4 nights, the nightmare started right after check in when we found out that the elevator doesn't work and our room was in a 4th floor, which is not easy on my 62 years old mom. Once we get to the room it smells a lot like cigarettes, and it smelled the same through out the entire stay (Noticed so much dust in the A/C unit, clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages). The front desk guy convinced us to buy in advance the breakfast, which is €8.50 per person per day, it seemed like a good deal since the front desk guy described an amazing breakfast which had about half of the things he said. So on the second day I decided to go and cancel the remaining 2 breakfast, there was another front desk guy and said that in the system only appears 3 so he can only reimburse for 1 more, I told him I don't care what the system says, I paid for 4, I have a receipt for 4, and it's been two days, after arguing for 25 minutes we diceded that they needed the money more than we do so we just let them take advantage of us. Overall the staff is not friendly, the hotel desperately needs maintenance and please don't fall for the breakfast scam.

It is nice that BB staff is supporting and ready to replace the room. But I would appreciate if rooms with dirty conditions inside will be removed from the list at all. My first room for disabled people that I selected was dirty. The bathroom has no holder and no toilet paper - first time in my life. As a second problem doors have large gaps, you can listen everything in the corridor and vice versa.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. Once the account is created, booking again is very easy and convenient. Last time, my room faced the railroad, so I was glad to get a different room this time. I expected a quiet night, but unfortunately, the room was right next to the elevator. It made a lot of noise during the night, which was very disturbing

I’m disappointed to say I had an unpleasant stay due to the shower completely FLOODING the bathroom and half my bedroom. I had stayed at a different B&B Hotel (Mulhouse, Basel) in the same trip and there was an incredibly large difference in standard as it was a close to perfect stay at the other hotel. Having arrived in Strasbourg quite late and checked in around 10:30-10:45pm, I took a shower around 11:30pm and felt I could not go downstairs to ask for assistance with the mopping of the water. I used two bath towels, the hand towel and the bathmat towel to stop the water from spreading further and had to wring out and mop the floor around 10 times before the water was all soaked up. I could see water damage in the bathroom floor as evidence this happens very regularly.

Breakfast was also disappointing in comparison to the other B&B Hotel. I went downstairs at 9am and everything was gone and not replaced. No bacon or ham, a lack in flavours for yoghurt, small selection of bread left. Genuinely a shame it did not meet standards. I did tell concierge upon my check out.

I hope you’re able to fix these issues as otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, there was a large to available, and looked like the rooms had been...
