Mr.Fondue — Restaurant in Strasbourg

A very good meal on a cold day, the two person hot pot really hit the spot. We had the non-spicy broth and the medium spice Sichuan (very spicy, yet delicious) broth. Je recommande vivement le restaurant chinois très discret « Mr Fondue », qui se trouve dans une cour intérieure à un centre commercial (cour de Cambridge, centre commercial Auchan, 8 Rue de Londres, 67000 Strasbourg).

On y déguste une cuisine asiatique authentique et savoureuse, le tout à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Le service est très rapide et très aimable.

Pour manger « sur le pouce », le menu du jour à midi est très frais, très bien cuisiné (viande + légumes + ris nature) et, avec le café qui est compris, vous ne dépenserez que 9.80 € (prix octobre 2023).

Pour changer le boboun, servi très copieusement, est à 9,80 € et il suffit à calmer même une grosse faim.

Sinon, il faut absolument commande une fondue chinoise ou un barbecue thaï, qui vous dépayseront et vous régalerons (et combleront les appétits les plus féroces).

A chaque fois que nous y sommes allés, une grande partie de la clientèle était asiatique (et même chinoise, autant que nous avons pu en juger), ce qui ne saurait tromper sur l’authenticité de la cuisine et...

We came here to try Hot Pot for the first time and we we really enjoyed it! The staff is super nice--she really took the time to explain everything to us in English, because we don't speak any French. We had a great time, and if we ever visit Strasbourg again, we'll definitely get Hot Pot here...
