Definitely one of the best (maybe the best) view of Thiers while enjoying a meal or a drink. It is a pity that the owner is not as welcoming as the place and might appear even a bit rude. Avis mitigé pour cet établissement . On a tout d'abord cru à une belle découverte avec ce bar à vin, proposant par ailleurs une restauration à base de produits de grande qualité, dans des plats simples mais surprenants, que l'on peut accompagner de vins sélectionnés de très bon niveau. La truite fumée et ses accompagnements sont par exemple un régal. Pour autant, côté tarifs, ce type de prestation (salades repas, planches, ...), je le rappelle de qualité, ne justifie en aucun cas des tarifs aussi élevés. Il en va de même côté boissons (4 verres de blanc de qualité mais pas pour autant d'exception à 28€ par exemple).
