A very old building and quite interesting lodging experience. There was a bit of difficulty in gaining entry, since the owner was not answering the bell. A passing neighbor took me to a business down the street, where I found the young female owner of the b&b. This was an interesting experience, since I speak only a tiny bit of French. She was very courteous, and after directing me to park in a public square around the corner -- about 200 meters away, led us up the ancient spiral stair to our 3rd level room. The stair was reminiscent of many that I have climbed in castles throughout Europe; but was something of a challenge with luggage in hand. Our room was quaint, very large, and comfortable. The en suite bathroom facilities were quite adequate. After a good sleep, we were treated to a very nice breakfast from our most accommodating and friendly host.
