Le passionnant Restaurant — Restaurant in Thonon-les-Bains

How lucky we were to come across this hidden gem!

On arrival, we were greeted by the owners Sophie and Patrick who continued to be extremely accommodating and friendly hosts throughout the stay.

The room was immaculate and very modern, with some really nice touches. The views over the mountains were a great sight to wake up to each morning.

We opted for breakfast each morning with I would throughly recommend. Fresh bread, juices, crossiants, fruits, cereal, cheeses/ meat and yogurts were all available for us. Each morning were also offered eggs, Which were beautifully displayed.

Although we didn’t get the chance to stay for an evening meal, I have no doubt this would have been outstanding from the breakfast offering and presentation.

The walk to the centre of Morzine takes about 10/15 mins, there is a bus on the road / bottom of route de nants if you like but we never used. I Would recommend hiring and leaving skis in Morzine as the trek with boots may be challenging.

Would 10000% recommend a stay here, thank you...

What a magnificent addition to the Morzine restaurant scene!! Patrick and Sophie have decided to bring extraordinary cooking to the town. Every dish delivers flavours that leave you craving more…and there is more…more surprises, more creativity, more cooking of a standard which would not be out of place in Paris or London never mind in the high alps! Add to that, that the team are genuinely delighted to share their passion with all who visit! The place shimmers and sparkles with their incredible efforts! We cannot wait to return. We had a delicious lunch at the Passion Nant on a Sunday and had a great time. Food was excellent, service was perfect, the plates came in with very generous portions and beautifully dressed [Chef pays special attention to how the plates look].
