Hands down the best fine dining in Aix. Tiffany was an amazing host. She seated the four of us at the "big table". She provided detailed info on the Bandol Rose and Red and wines. We had a bottle of each and they were exceptional. The food was bountiful and wonderful from a mind blowing charcuterie plate - the tomato tarttartaine with cheese ice cream is an absolute must. The fantastic mains - fresh fish, duck kabobs with apricot and a ratatouille risoto. All delicious. Our plates were licked clean. Just a fantastic experience far far above the other places we had tried the three nights before. And love to Naughty the lovable beagle. Absolutely incredible food and fantastic atmosphere. This restaurant offers a wonderful menu (that changes with the season) using locally sourced products. The menu is expansive enough to make the choices difficult, but rest assured that everything is cooked to perfection. Also with so many delicious options it just makes returning the next night even better. Highly recommend this amazing place for dinner and exceptional local wine too. .. We had an excellent dining experience in this small but cozy restaurant. The food was classical French cuisine made from local ingredients with a touch of Asian cuisine. We also had great conversations with the owner and server, who also nicely explained the choice of wines, how he operates, etc. The main course could have been a bit bigger, but after having tried several entrees, it was enough. Everything tasted very good, definitely worth a try for locals...
