Feel Food — Restaurant in Toulon

My friend had the vegetarian option and said it was great (he rated it a 9/10), but I decided to have the fish dish. What a mistake. The fish tacos left much to be desired. The fish was not seasoned. There were some big pieces of garlic in the dish, so I could taste the garlic until the next day.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The wine and atmosphere is nice. Portions are on the bigger side, which we liked. There was a mobile pizza oven and it smelled quite good.

For desert, 2 of us decided on a chocolate fondant. It was ok, but more like a chocolate cake with cream as it was not runny at all. Another friend had the cookie browny, which looked very nice.

It seems like they have a lot of good options for vegetarians and other dietary restrictions, which seems to be their specialty. So go for those if you decide...

The vegan options were fantastic. I have to admit, I was not expecting Mediterranean vegetable based vegan dishes to be great, but I wanted to eat local food… the foods was fantastic! It’s a lovely little food place tucked in the shade (important because the weather was scorching hot).

The service was great, our server understood our vegan needs and listed everything that was available. The balance of flavours on two of their vegan options was extraordinary, we were really impressed. Their vegan, gluten free, dessert was heavenly. Wow!

Végétalienne et de visite sur Toulon, nous recherchions un restaurant végétalien pour nos premières vacances en amoureux. Nous nous sommes fiés aux bons avis du restaurant et aucun regret !

Je pensais qu’il y aurait plus de choix végétalien (pensant qu’il s’agissait d’un restaurant végétarien à la base) mais pas vraiment. De tête, une seule entrée étant végétarienne, 2 plats végétaliens, 1 végétarien et 2 plats avec de la viande. Les desserts eux, étaient végétariens sauf pour la coupelle de fruits. Au final c’était suffisant, nous avons pris le burger aux falafels : clairement le meilleur que j’ai pu mangé dans ma vie ! Il était délicieux, tout comme les desserts (tarte et pain perdu, végétariens). Les repas sont très copieux, le plat seul nous calait déjà !

L’ambiance sur la terrasse le soir était au top et le personnel très sympathiques. Nous avons d’ailleurs discuté avec le serveur à la fin, c’était fort agréable !

Pour information, nous avons payé 63 euros pour deux, avec 2 plats, 2 desserts, un cocktail et un soda.
