Kibbeh was definitely undercooked as the meat was cold and the dough was mushy next to the meat.
The potatoes were great!
The fatayer⊠just wasnât what I was expecting⊠like at allâŠ. Was like a pot pie inside.. though the dough was on point.
The breadâŠ. had a mochi like consistency to itâŠ
