NACHOS - MEXICAN GOOD FOOD — Restaurant in Toulon

My new go to place for lunch or dinner when I'm at or near Avenue 83! Being from Southern California, and growing up with Mexican food, this place hits the spot when I feel the need for some tacos or fajitas. The menu prices are very reasonable and the food is more amazing than I had expected. Served buffet style, you can pick your main item and then choose all the trimmings you want inside. They even have guacamole (for a small additional price) and sour cream! Be still my heart! The chips are great and you can have them with cheese or hot sauce ( mild, medium or hot). The hot sauce in the tacos is really good. They have delicious desserts, too. There is indoor and outdoor seating and it's all comfy. They even have purse/man bag/shopping bag hangers on the side of the table so you have some where to put your stuff! Genius! Get there early because the crowds will start to pick up around 8pm on...

Accueil super antipathique, je suis sortis aussi vite que je suis rentré. Le concept a l air sympathique mais la nourriture de qualité moindre.

PS: REPONSE: Ne pouvait vous repondre par une autre appreciation, je me permets ici d eclaircir votre réponse. Premierement lorsque je suis arrivé je tenais une sucette et non un cure dent comme vous le signalez. Deuxiemement, pour ce qui est de ma réponse certe elle n était peut être pas diplomatique mais avant de connaitre le concept, je voulais voir la qualité des aliments. Peu m importe le concept, si la nourriture ne me convient pas je n y mange pas et pour tout vous dire bien avant que vous et votre collègue ne me parliez, la nourriture proposée ne me donnait guere envie. Ensuite vous prétendez m avoir parlé gentiment mais ma mère et surtout ma fille n ont pas non plus apprécié la manière dont votre serveuse m a parlé. De toute manière, je ne reviendrai certainement pas et après avoir bien lu votre reponse, je vous ai trouvé tout aussi condescendant que votre serveuse. Il est tres rare que je mette un avis négatif mais la je ne peux faire autrement....

Après pour ce qui est du concept, c est du vu et revu. Je laisse le plaisir aux gens par eux même de connaître votre amabilité et votre concept. Bonne journée et bonne...

2024-08: Updated review: Not sure what changed but the food isn't as good anymore. Seems like they changed the recipes to reduce costs.
