Burger'N'Co Compans — Restaurant in Toulouse

We passed by to check on the menu before entering with a friend and my daughter (We are all vegetarians) and were completely dissapointed when we read how they promote they veggie burguer : “MONEY FOR NOTHING - Galette végétarienne”, we were kind of clueless, what are they trying to say? …

Look, perhaps this is a joke for them, but you don’t tell your vegetarian clients that what they will serve you “nothing” on your burguer or that you are wasting your money…. It gives the idea that they don’t care about what they will serve you as a vegetarian… perhaps it is not a good quality burguer…

Whatever they are trying to imply this is definitely NOT a place for a vegetarian who really believes that vegetarianism is as important and valuable as being an “meat eater” who is looking to pay “money for a dead animal”…

First impressions...

Absolutely loved the food here. We tried ‘I love it loud’ and ‘stairway to heaven’, both with the vegetarian patties. ‘I love it loud’ comes with roquefort cheese- go for it only if you like it’s strong flavours. The bun was fresh. The veg patty was really good with lot of vegetables. The cheddar fries and mozzarella sticks were great too. They were fresh snd crispy. They have a bunch of sauces you can ask for. The burger (Highway to Hell) was overall good, decently succulent and with a good but monotone taste. I was there on a busy day so it took a little more time than it should to be served, but our table got a bundle of onion rings for free to make up for the wait (the rings were not the best but they were free at least).
