The first time for me to try African food. It was a surprise and in general good. The Mafa Beef is not super tender and keeps a certain degree of chewiness. The source is made with tomato and peanut base which is blended well together. The texture of the chicken wings is kind of like grilled and baked as the skin is dried (not dried up) but unlike fried, and the meat and joints were all cooked to tender.
