Pure happiness is what I would feel sharing a meal here with my most closest people 🌻 The owners and whole staff is very sweet, polite yet professional. They don't miss any detail in regards to service and they will truly try to accommodate you to a have a great night! This is the most authentic Japanese cuisine that you can find in Toulouse. The noodles are very delicious springy, chewy and flavorful. The broth, tare, side dishes, appetizers and so on, everything was executed on a very high level. We recommend to try out the onsen egg, as you rarely get this outside of Japan or onsens(hot springs). They offer noodle refills to some dishes and last but not least, we appreciate the desserts that they offer. From what we understood, those are imported, but none the less they fit the Japanese theme and are yummy! For us, this was a sublime and blissful experience, I want to revisit already! 😫

Nowhere else in the world will you encounter such rude service. My food bill was 18 euros, and when I tried to pay with a 50 euro note, the owner lady refused to accept the money, stating that in France, we don't accept large bills for small amounts. It's ridiculous to say 'we don't do that in here' kind of thing from one immigrant to another. I have never had any problems paying bills at other establishments in France. She even rudely suggested that I go to the ATM for smaller bills. What if I didn't have another payment method? The soup was full of noodles but didn't have much broth. It's even difficult to stir. If you're new in town, she may try to take advantage of you. So, I recommend avoiding this unpleasant place.

This is the second time I have come for a nice ramen here, and I'm never disappointed. My boyfriend loves japanese culture and discovered this place with his friends. I agree when he says this is the best place in Toulouse to have ramen. Today, I had the tamtan-men and my boyfriend had the shoyu, both were really delicious, but in my opinion, my favorite one was the shoyu. We also really recommend the karaage, it was really tasty and crunchy. Finally, we tried a korean drink (not sure of the name) which I fell in love with. Don't miss this spot if you're looking for a nice japanese meal.

We were puzzled to be turned away even though we had already been waiting in line before 2pm (which was the last entry time stated on the shopfront). The Japanese lady staff said the couple before us could enter because they had waited for 30mins and we had not. In addition, we were chided repeatedly for not having visited their website and seeing that they opened at 12 and that we should have arrived earlier. So, it seemed that we needed to queue for a long time as well as visit their website if we were to be permitted entry at all. We were tourists and had 2 hungry children with us so it was not a pleasant first impression of Toulouse. They also claimed that they had no noodles left to serve us. I hope businesses that are popular remain humble and not let their popularity get to their heads like this...
