If you're in Tours, this is one of the best places to go for lunch. Personnel is extremely friendly and explains everything about local wines and local food, suggesting the best wine combination for the dish you ordered. They also have an English menu, and they speak excellent English! Especially recommended the Planche Tourangelle with local cheese and cured meat.

Un repas excellent, nous avons manger dans la salle au sous sol. Cette dernière était à température idéale. Les vins étaient de première qualité, la formule trilogie permet de déguster trois de ces derniers en format demi verre ( équivalent verre complet dans certains restaurants ). De plus, le serveur était de très bon conseille sur les breuvages. Le choix des plats est varié et ceux que nous avons eu la chance de dégusté étaient plus que bon. Pour ma part, l'assiette de charcuterie étais succulente, et au vus de ce qui restait sur les ardoises le reste l'était tout autant. Quand au dessert ? Ils étaient parfait, notamment mon tiramisu framboise respirait la joie de vivre et le fait maison. Comme le témoigne la photo du récipient je l'ai zigouillé sur place. Pour faire court, c'est selon moi l'un des meilleurs restaurants ou y sont servis les meilleurs mets de Tours

Went for the wine trilogy. The staff were very welcoming & knowledgeable of the wines. I asked for a recommendation for a sweet white wine selection, and they were all absolutely delicious! Would visit again. Food was delicious too, just too much for 1 person.

Very interesting wine tasting and « planche » pairing. We took the Planche Tourangelle and the Touraine white wine trilogy and red wine trilogy. Very tasteful food and great choice of wines: I usually prefer very sweet wines but I’m glad I discovered a white wine sec that I love! The restaurant owners were lovely and spent time with us quite often....
