Shunfa Raviolis — Restaurant in Tours

It's a nice little chinese family owned restaurant that offers different chinese foods compared to other places.

I love sichuan foods so, the chicken was my choice to go, it was nice poached chicken but the seasoning was a bit toned down.. For French palate i guess.

The spicy noodle was not spicy, it taste more like tomato based soup,but the intestines were well cleaned, though for the price they could have put more meat and coriander leaves.

The pho though!! Was unexpectedly good! Deep smoky broth with the perfume of spices, herbs was fresh and generous serving of beef 💓. It 's one of the most authentic pho i found in France.

Do yourself a favor by...

I came for the dumplings, specifically "Soupe de raviolis aux crevettes". Very good dumplings, they tasted fresh and handmade. The pastry is silky and smooth. Really the kind of food I would be happy to eat at least once a week.

The restaurant also offers a great many varieties of jiaozi / 'ravioli'. I haven't tried all of them, but will try to eat the menu if I have the chance!

Service is good - though I did not make many demands so I don't know what it's like for fussy customers.

Nous sommes allés à ce jour vers 18h dans le but de passer un grosse commande pour un séminaire de fin d'année d'environ 400 personnes. Les 2 salariées (2 dames chinoises) nous ont gentiment demandés d'attendre la patronne (une jeune Française). Sauf que par grande surprise, à son arrivée, nous avons été très froidement virés par cette dernière directement! En effet, elle ne connaît ni excuse ni formulaire de politesse, encore moins ce que c'est un sourire. Elle nous a demandé sèchement de sortir car "ouverture à 18h30" et ce malgré nous lui avons indiqués que la porte étant grand ouverte et horaire indiqué comme "ouvert tous les jours sauf lundi"... Accueil donc plus que déplorable et extrêmement désagréable. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne passerons certainement aucune commande dans ce commerce. Encore une personne qui n'a rien à faire dans ce métier, qui n'a aucun sens de commerce! Et encore moins à faire dans une restauration asiatique dont qu'elle ne connaît certainement rien. Nous nous doutons donc fortement l'authenticité de ses produits,...
