I would rate it 6 stars if I could, but since itâs 5 stars maximum - 5/5 with no hesitation!!!
Iâm a huge fan of authentic sushi and fancy omakases, and I have been to multiple Michelin starred omakase restaurants in Paris, NYC etc. Zen might not have the most exotic fish (letâs face it its Tours), but in terms of overall experience this is definitely one of the best, for the variety of fish, the welcoming and non-uptight (god knows how uptight some Michelin-starred sushi restaurants are) environment, and the amazing hospitality of the chef and owners who know how to pamper their loyal customers and the value for money.
Highly recommend their chutoro, tamago (THE BEST) & their unagi (THE BEST). You will only get the best sushiâs if you know how to order off menu ;)
