L'atelier lahmacun — Restaurant in Troyes

Meet Aikout (not sure apt spelling !) and Unal ; 2 dynamic Turkish guys, very friendly, who opened their joint to 18 months ago in Troyes. Just a heads up ... IT'S NOT A KEBAB !! They serve typical Turkish sandwiches/pizza : dough freshly made and rolled in front of you, the freshest ingredients prepared day to day, and a mix of delicious spices ! Their star serving : the Lahmacun, being a thin crusted dough topped with finely minced beef, tomatoes, some paprika, topped by lettuce and parsley served on the side !! I ordered it spicy, and it was really tasty ! I also tried the cheese borek which was good but lacked a bit of flavour. The restaurant is small, so you may want to book in advance. Am really excited of going back there and trying the rest...
