BALI TAKE AWAY — Restaurant in Valence

Found this gem of place in the quaint Valence town at the end of our Europe trip where I began to crave for a taste of home. The staff and the chef warmly greeted us. The owner was super nice and friendly. However, I have to be very honest here. The food is not fresh at all, god knows when was it cooked. The food tastes like food that is left in the fridge for days and then reheated. The meat is not even cooked throughout which can be a health hazard. The portion is gigantic but mainly made of rice ( 90% rice, 10% recipe). It is relatively cheap compared to other restaurants but...

J'ai découvert par hasard ce restaurant. Ma première impression fut des plus agréables. Le serveur nous a accueilli avec le sourire, de la gentillesse et de l'humour. Je dois dire que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Cela devient rare. Une fois à table, nous avons constaté qu'il y avait un grand choix de plats. Nous nous sommes laissés tenter par l'assiette découverte. Wouah, franchement, nous avons été vraiment très surpris de la qualité du plat et aussi de la quantité. D'ailleurs, nous n'avons pas tout fini ☺️. Nous avons eu aussi le plaisir de discuter avec le cuisinier, qui est vraiment une personne très intéressante, sympathique. Un moment des plus chaleureux.
