This is our second time here and wasn’t disappointed, the food, ambiance and staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Luke-Olivier and Lea who made our evening very special by presenting both the wine and food and explaining each course along the way. The pigeon dish was exceptional and the chocolate desert to die for. The Chef Selvag came to introduce himself at the end of the evening. Fantastic. In July I wrote - Wonderful. It was one if not, the best food we had in France during our 10-days during our business trip. The head chef was off that evening but he’s assistant chef did a spectacular job along with the sous-chef. Each course was just as fabulous as the previous ones. Plus, the regional wine was amazing. Main course was alright, but again very small portions.
Deserts had vinegar ice cream and some dry squeezed out orange pulp. Tasted like biting an orange peel. Not tasty at all.
Lights are too bright making it a strange setting do dine in.
