Honestly, my experience was not comfortable at all. The place is very small with less than 10 tables outside, and the system is that you have to stand and wait until a table is free. Is it reasonable to wait 1–2 hours just to be able to order?!

What’s even stranger is that there’s a table inside with two chairs, but customers are not allowed to sit there! If they’re not for seating, then why keep them? Just remove them.

The overall vibe was stressful, the staff seemed tense and a bit rude, which makes the experience worse. Customers don’t only care about the product, the most important thing is the attitude and service. Even if the coffee isn’t great, at least good service leaves a positive impression.

My suggestion: either expand the space to add more tables, or remove them completely and make it a takeaway-only concept. And regarding the Turkish coffee, unfortunately, it...

ATTENTION! We, as tourists, felt humiliated in this store. While we were queuing, locals would skip the line and pick up their purchases. We waited for them to hug, kiss and talk to the staff. This is not one case, it is a system there. The cakes and pastries are filled with dyes. Ingredients cannot be natural at such a low price. The food is unhealthy and tasteless. We stopped buying there. And in general, they stopped buying tatrtas in Batumi. There, in principle, there cannot be specified natural desserts. We bought 3 pieces of different cakes. One we had to throw away. It has two layers of “mousse” pink and yellow. The pink layer is supposed to be strawberry but the flavor is terribly artificial. “Mousse” is not that kind of mousse that is in European style desserts. It’s heavy cream or buttercream. Another two cakes had sponge layers and whipping cream. One cake with strawberries and another with peanuts and raisins. A little bit better but still nothing interesting.
