My wife and I bought the most expensive Masaj package to get a treat that justifies the high price (500 Larry) and at the end the price was below zero. When we got in at 10 am to pass the time until the caregivers arrived at 1 pm, we started the day at the pool - in the pool they forced my partner to put on a ridiculous bathing cap, so she did not enter.
Then we moved to the Jacuzzi and to our surprise was frozen, and did not work. When we asked to fix the temperature and the bubbles came a guy who did not speak English, we asked him for help and he let us wait in the cold without bubbles while he was talking to one of the workers and after the short conversation he went to get a ladder to replace a light bulb in the hallway, and only after he finished all the important things, To fix us the Jacuzzi - and in the end emptied it and let us wait for it to be filled, we already gave up and went on to the next experience. The Masaj-in the treatment room was cold, most of the Masaj was caresses filled with oil and my spouse the Masaj was tickling at an impossible level to enjoy. In the middle of the Masaj, when I was able to compromise, a powerful alarm started to frighten me and let it go. After the worst Massaj we decided to take the rest of the day into our hands and chose to go to the best recommended Turkish bath according to the menu, when we entered everything that was in the un-equipped room, tables and uncomfortable marble benches that caused knee pain, and when we asked for a sponge, Even though we paid the most expensive price. After that we wanted to drink a cup of tea and smoke a cigarette, and to our surprise we should not smoke anywhere (even on the terrace) and the tea is forbidden to drink anywhere except for benches in the middle of the noisy corridor - after we paid the most expensive price...
Read moreUnexplainable high price for the hotel. Be prepared to be walking in to an ashtray. Main entrance is the casino with a small counter in the corner for the hotel guests. Pretty old facilities and extremely bad cleaning habits. Absolutely every day there was a sweet sticking floors at all dining area. Serving staff at the breakfast is undisciplined, rude and lazy. Tables are sticky after being cleaned, seeing how it's done- it's understandable- just throwing everything of the tables on the floor and leaving the same table padding for the next guest. Just disgusting. In the room - sheets were never changed all week long- general order around is their perception of cleaning. Coffee and tee are not refilled on every day routine. You need to ask and ask again and then remind. Coffee table at the reception is also a never cleaned mass. At the spa sometimes they do not have towels. The jacuzzi didn't work for 4 days- nobody knew why. The restaurant on the 15 floor has a balcony with a beautiful and well appreciated view, but they don't let you on it- saying that the manager took keys of the doors and left. Location is the only positive thing to be said about the hotel considering it's price. You could probably be fine with all that garbage if you are a casino player- and even then- it's better to arrive to it than to live in it. We never thought to book this place at the first place, but we were switched at the last moment by agents. The hotel couldn't be more then 3 stars. They had our reservations well ahead for 3 persons, but the room we got was for 2 person only- so we had to wait untill they got everything in place, asking again . Me personally, the abscesses of risk management and real stanch in cleaning habits- gives this hotel no more than 2 stars. The furniture in the room is with holes and almost broken, the window handle is falling off. The bath handles are falling off, the door doesn't close unless you pull it strongly. And of course- on the Check out they didn't offer and didn't give us our breakfasts. They had to offer it kindly, since it was early morning- and they received money for it - but when the hotel's management doesn't give a sh...t about their clients- that's what happens. You decide whether to book...
Read moreThis still seems incredible to me that the hotel swimming pool was rented to private swimming classes for kids and aerobic classes for adults!!! so that in that small swimming pool, we didn't have any space to swim and relax .there was too much noise and was crowded by kids' parents who were coming inside the swimming area in shoes!!! no one checked hygiene standards and when I talked to the spa manager (Mr. Sardar) he promised to solve this mess on the other days(he gave a 20% discount for "Turkish Hammam" to pleased and satisfied us) but as we were there for 5 days, they held all the classes and nothing changed!!! I've never seen such a thing in a hotel spa area that while you are swimming and relaxing there, someone comes and asks you to leave the pool because they are going to hold a class there!!!! we booked 3 rooms and paid 1200$ in total, to use the hotel facilities such as the spa and pool for chilling out and having some peace and relaxing time there with family, but in reality, it was like a public swimming pool that we could go to free of charge!!! The other issue that we had and no one cares was the disgusting smell came out from the 1217 bathroom. it was intolerable and we asked the room service manager to find a solution, but she didn't pay...
