Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming. We were a group of four and politely asked to sit at one of the many empty outdoor tables, but were bluntly refused without any reasonable explanation. It wasn’t even busy, so the refusal made no sense.

Trying to be understanding, we offered to just order drinks—at the very least, a coffee—thinking that might be more acceptable to them. Shockingly, they still declined and made it clear we weren’t welcome to sit there, even though the space was available and we were ready to order.

The lack of basic hospitality and respect was truly disappointing. Dining out should be an enjoyable and comfortable experience, but here we were treated like a burden. This kind of attitude from the staff completely ruined our impression of the place. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good service or even just...

we only ordered fries and it was great and good, but the service was really slow and bad, they told us to wait in the table and they will come and take the order, we waited for 30 minutes and maybe more, we called them and tried to make them see we are ready to order the just saw us and walked away and totally ignoring us, people came after us and they took there orders and they still ignored us until they decided to come and take the order, they took like 30 other minutes to bring it, again it was only fries and tea it shouldn’t take more than 15min or at least not the time they took, we saw our food ready in the table but they left it there for about 5 minutes until they decided to bring it to us, when we asked them why they were slow they just looked at us and left with no answer, if i have to guess why it’s probably because we are arabs and muslims, they are really racist and cold to us, not like the others who were in here they were very fast and happy to serve them, i wont come here again and i dont think...

The location of the restaurant is BEAUTIFUL ❤️ It has authentic Georgian food which is delicious However, the staff was not approached By mistake the staff got me an extra dish and I returned it since I did not order that The lady got upset and the whole team of staff couldn’t stop staring me I was a bit uncomfortable that they are staring me because I am a foreigner or is it because I returned the food and they made the staff feel bad I see them and smile to convince myself that it’s my misunderstanding but they would look back and not smile That was very exciting for me to order Khachapuri Adjaruli and the Khinkali.
