We were in this area looking for dinner and stumbled upon Hiro Sakao. I’m glad we did because the food was so good! Our waiter was super friendly with providing recommendations. They do have outside seating but we opted for inside and it was packed when we went but they were still able to seat us immediately. It did take a while to get the food and drinks. Sehr freundliches Personal! Ich war schon in vielen Restaurants in Amberg, die Sushi anbieten, aber dieses ist trotz der neuen Eröffnung mein Lieblingslokal geworden 🙂 Das Ambiente ist wunderbar, es gibt genug Platz für alle, die Toilette ist sehr sauber und das sagt viel darüber aus, wie sehr sie sich um jedes Detail bemühen!🪴 Alle Cocktails sowie die hausgemachten Tees sind sehr lecker. Natürlich darf Sushi nicht fehlen 🍹🍣 auf dem Bild seht ihr SATÉ (Nr. 132), SACHIKO (Nr. 120) und MOMO (Nr. 134). Momo müsst ihr bei eurem nächsten Besuch unbedingt bestellen! Eine perfekte Kombination aus Geschmack und Schärfe🤩 💶Die Preise sind sehr gut, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Sushi und alle anderen Zutaten (z.B. Gurken) frisch sind.

Das Einzige, was ich vielleicht ändern würde, ist der Reis bzw. die Art der Zubereitung, da er manchmal auseinanderfällt. Ein Teil des Reises landet dann in Sojasauce.🫠Kritik wird hier ernst genommen und das merkt man bestimmt bei Ihrem nächsten Besuch!!
