Burger King — Restaurant in Aschaffenburg

Lange Wartezeiten, inkompetentes personal das einen anguckt wie ein Auto, aber nicht versteht was man will...dann wartet man ewig auf nen Burger, der dann auch noch falsch an den Tisch kommt...also noch mal so lange warten, bis der richtige Burger da kommt...musste erneut nachfragen, der Burger wurde gesucht..und lag bereits in der auslage..habe fast 30 Minuten gewartet...in der Zeit wurden schon ganze kriege entschieden. Absolute Anti - Empfehlung. Der Betreiber sollte wirklich schauen, wen er da einstellt...dieses personal schadet dem Laden unheimlich.

If you decide to stop by at this place, prepare for looobg time waiting. Staff does not understand you at all (at least the lady at the Checkout whose Service I was offered...she repeated everything I ordered, so I thought things would go well... waited for ages for a burger that was lacking the extra ordered onions and tomatoes. I told the Staff, they said I'd be given a new one.. ...in fact..eben more waiting..when I thought they might have forgotten, I asked and they had to search the Burger that was already sitting on a Tray... The lady i ordered the Burger at asked me what was wrong and didnt understand at all..yeah..extra tomatoes...right...she clearly didn't have a clue about anything...

To put an end to this...this is the slowest and worst Staff at a fast food Restaurant. The owner might better check zheir comoetencies first...Bad stuff can Ruin your Business...

If I could rate zero I would. First of all the employees are quite unfriendly. We we’re offended when we asked to recieve the ice Cream after the burger-meal. they simply answered, ‘you didnt ask’. For your information most people eat their dessert after the meal. Further, the food quality was in line with the rest of the armosphere. Dried out burgers, overfried chips, no quality whatsoever. The establishment was also very unclean. Waste on the ground, uncleared plates, in short a very unhygienic feel. BurgerKing do you engage quality-checks of your own chain? In this case its been a very long time. You have degrated from once the best to one of the worst. The more country’s you appear, the more downhill it goes. Earlier negative Experiences where in Antwerp and Amsterdam, yet this location gets the crown! Do something...

One of burger king's mottos is we make it fresh to order. Well this was not the case at this particular burger king location. I picked up the order inside of the burger king and took it to go. The drive was 5 minutes long and when we got home the fries were soggy and smashed together like someone took them in their hand a squeezed the life out of them.The hamburger buns were hard as a rock and unappetizing. I've never had an unpleasant experience with burger king until...
