The place at the Bahnhof is an ok place to wait for your connections and in case the train is delayed. Is basically the only space. They have some gluten free friendly cakes and soy milk. So, good in that sense.

The young women working there are usually very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately today I had a bad experience, for the first time, that made me write this review.

I order a coffee with soy milk, and I got a coffee with cow milk. I immediately asked for one with soy, and both young women (bartender and Kassiererin) were very nice about it and accepted the fact that they didn't hear me when I said "with soy milk please". As soon as this happened, they started preparing my coffee again and I turned around, an older woman (seemed like a manager), said out loud to the Kassiererin "You cannot do that! how do you know that she actually said she wanted soy milk? Everyone says that!" I was shocked. It is highly unprofessional that a client is treated like a liar and behind their backs. My new coffee was done and I just left. I am definitely not coming back there again. I do not recommend this place and I definitely think that a person that treats clients like this should not be...

The worth service I have ever seen. I am not the kind of person who likes to fight with people. I guess I wasn't right to open my personal bottle of juice to take my pills (it's important that before that I ordered coffee there). So the local manager came to me and said that it's forbidden. I answered that it's okay, I will put it out and order new coffee then. Meanwhile, I was in a middle of a work call and couldn't just jump up and run to order a new coffee. So in 1 min local security came to me and madly asked me to go away. I was polite and answered like what is the reason. But instead of conversation, he got mad and put out my laptop cable and was about to violently take me out. Even though I agreed to leave and asked him to give me 1 minute to pack my stuff. So is this kind of service is possible? To be rude, touch others stuff without any permission and so on? I don't think so....

Very very friendly person at the service counter. I am super happy writing this review. They are really nice people at work. A nice and cozy ambience with comfortable couches inside, outdoor sitting is also available. Their coffee and cakes never disappoints, wherever I go and try. But what I liked in particular was their friendly service. Very nice people. So in case if you have time in between your trains or bus; just go...
