LYVY - THE MODERN ASIAN TASTE — Restaurant in Aschaffenburg

It's hard for me to review this restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, modern interior decoration with a cozy ambiance. Sadly the food doesn't match the look. It's like all the other restaurants with mixed cuisine, the food was delicious but not authentic. I had Ramen, and it tasted quite sour. I've been to several ramen restaurants in Europe and in Japan, and I've never had such a taste. When 99% of restaurants in Germany take cards, it is incumbent on you to tell the customer that you do not take cards. It is not good enough to put small print on the front of the menu. This is done this way to deceive customers as no one looks at the front of the menu. The food was good, but I felt cheated.

Bin bereits lange hier Kunde, seit etwa 14 Jahren glaube ich. Soweit ich weiß gab es einen Eigentümerwechsel und ich war jetzt das erste Mal seit dem vor paar Tagen wieder hier.

Ambiente ⭐⭐⭐ von ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Früher war das immer so ein kleiner cozy Laden, total gemütlich mit entspannter Musik und Asia Vibes. Heute eher wache Musik, modern chick, hipster/retro I dunno wie ich es beschreiben soll. Ist ok aber nicht ganz so meins. Es ist nicht mehr so gemütlich, auch die Bedienung war eher leise, zurückhaltend etc.

Service ⭐⭐⭐ Schnell, fragt immer nochmal nach, all in all ok nur die Thekengespräche waren im ganzen Laden zu hören und nicht sehr spannend. Und sonst nuja es ginge auch herzlicher und netter.

Preis/Leistung ⭐⭐ Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker, aber ich hatte auch schon Asia Restaurants besucht in prominenterer Lage mit ebenso gutem Essen und günstigeren Preisen. Ich denke da kann noch nach unten korrigiert werden, oder ggf. unterschieden werden zwischen Lieferkarte wo das Essen teurer sein kann und Inhouse günstiger, weil Getränke. Auch die Getränke... ich persönlich bin kein Freund von Flaschen im Restaurant, ich bevorzuge mein Getränk im Glas und vorzugsweise als 0,5 l. Für 0,33 l Preise wie 4,5€ abzurufen.... puhhhhh viel zu teuer. Die Portion war ok, aber es hätte etwas mehr Huhn/Tofu sein können.

Vlt. gibt es für all das ja auch ne logische Erklärung, aka besonders hohe Mieten, Verständnisfehler im Gastrobereich meinerseits. Dann bin ich gerne bereit das nach oben zu korrigieren. Und da die alten Bewertungen vom Vorbesitzer übernommen wurden gibt es einen ⭐ weniger, da ohnehin die Statistik schon nach oben...
