Burger patties horrible. You can taste the freezer awful spices/aftertaste and smell. You will be disappointed if you want or deaire a burger. I took a cheese burger. I donot like much Mcdonald...but by far 10 times better taste at Mcdonald. You are better off with patties from a grocery store....not beef nor anywhere near taste wise at this useless peterpan place. 6 tasteless pieces of cold onion rings are 10 euro !!!! And rhe above took 35 minutes to bring to the table. Please if you lover burgers as comfort food....stay away from this joint. You will regret it.

Look you can make your photos as fancy as you want....it's burgers for crying out loud..they suck. But bottom line, burger is a comfort simple food. That's clearly not your business. When you serve frozen smelly with freezer burn all sort of smells and microwave taste automatically made round Grey burger panties....that's your first give away. I donot care how fancy the photos are again.

Horrible burger. It had a weird smell and tasted like trash. Also overpriced. People who say the food is good here don't know what they are talking about. I have worked in restaurants and can say this is really a place to avoid.

The meat was thin and overcooked and VERY dry. Dry as my hand, no exaggeration. Most likely microwaved, arrived barely warm at the table. Bread, salad, tomato not fresh at all, even McDonald's has better quality at lower prices. Let that sink in. Minus star.

Cocktails were lame and not properly balanced. Minus star.

The waitress was a complete mess, didn't pay attention to none of her tables. We had to wait a lot for our drinks and then double for the food, 1 hour in total. And the place wasn't even crowded. I saw people leaving because she didn't take their order and they were waiting longer than we had to. Minus star.

The table was stained and greasy and the seats needed cleaning as well. Minus star.

So don't get fooled by how nice it looks inside like I did, because looks are deceiving and you will pay for a bad...

A few details before I make a comment about the food. I just flew in from Washington DC to Munich. I took a train from the airport to Munich Hbf then to Augsburg. I beyond effin exhausted but I'm also hungry and it is Easter Sunday. From the Augsburg Hbf I walked to my hotel since it was 11 am local time I'm assuming mass was happening which was why there were no taxis. Now for the food part.
