Café Dichtl — Restaurant in Augsburg

There were two ladies at the counter. I asked if the pastries contained alcohol. The young girl referred to the older one. The latter was extremely unfriendly and when I addressed her, she didn’t even make eye contact with me and kept talking to her coworker. The younger girl was nice but she couldn’t answer me as she seemed to not have the answer. But the older lady was very unfriendly and she looked like she was almost upset with my inquiry. We arrived at 10:07. The café was barely 1/3 full. At 10:12 we ordered the breakfast for 2 with 2 cappuccino and orange juice. Both coffees and juices showed up immediately. Breakfast however took until 11:09 to arrive. 57 minutes waiting for a cold breakfast that did not contain anything cooked (besides the overboiled eggs). The personnel was apologetic but when we proposed maybe bringing a complimentary cappuccino, this was served but also put on the bill. Best Apfel Strudel (w/o raisins but w/almonds and vanilla sauce) I have ever eaten. Cozy seating area. Friendly service at cake desk. Service attitude at cafe area can be improved. No napkins on the table nor with cutlery they provided with the food. They have problem with the card payment system and waitress told me at payment; they should have write a note at the door or tell customer before ordering at last. They offer breakfast, ice cream and alcoholic drinks. No sure if the awesome Apfel Strudel makes...
