Pizzeria, italienische Küche-Sale e Pepe — Restaurant in Bad Reichenhall

I don't know with what should I start. I guess with the service. I was very happy to find a table for 2 without reservation. It was already a third of the star. We received the table outside, near the garbage. Was not a good idea to eat there. So we asked the waiter if we could have another table. Fair enough we have received a new table. Another third of the star. We ordered dinner, a pizza and a salmon on the grill with vegetables. OK just fine. We waited kinda an hour for the food, but the food wasn't coming. We asked about it, so the waiter took our order again. After another half of hour, it came.. It was just horrible. The pizza was not backed and the salmon was🤮🤢... I don't have words to describe it. .. 23 euros for a small piece of frozed salmon, made quickly in the oven, without taste. I don't want to mention the vegetables.... 🤮🤢 We were so hungry and disappointed the same time so I didn't took pictures of the food 🤦🏻‍♀️ But after this disaster, another third of the star goes to the wine. Liebe "Mitgäste" , die meisten von Euch müssen ein Riesenglück gehabt haben! Dieses Restaurant hat mit italienischer Gastfreundschaft und vor allem italienischer Kochkunst so viel zu tun wie eine (sehr sehr schlechte) Autobahnrastätte oder eher weniger... Den Stern "Essen" gibt es für das Brot. Ambiente noch echt nett und gepflegt, Begrüßung eher widerwillig und völlig interessenlos. Weine gut. Antipasto misto italiano fast eine Frechheit, 3 Scheiben Salami Milano ganz sicher aus der "Penny" Packung, 5 Scheiben billigsten Frühstücks-Bacon (jawohl-richtig gelesen, einfach aus günstigster Verpackung rausgelegt) - noch nie in über 40 Jahren so was gesehen ! , 3 Scheiben Mozzarella m. Tomate, Zucchini + Auberginen mehr gekocht als gegrillt und geschmacksneutral..., eine Scheibe labriges Fleisch mit Thunf.Crema. Brot gut ! (Salami und Billigbacon liegen lassen, CHEF räumt ab mit Schulter Zucken) Vorspeise, Salat mit "gegrillten" Calamari, komplett schneeweiss (in Gänze anders als die Fotos auf Google), den Salat konnte meine Gattin nicht essen weil sandig. Hauptspeise: Wolfsbarschfilets m. Gamberoni ertränkt in Safransauce (stand so nicht! auf der Speisekarte) , ganz ehrlich ? (wie bei einem unserer Vorredner) -komplett- versalzen. Hauptspeise (hatte mich wirklich darauf gefreut) : Spaghetti Frutti di Mare. KOMPLETT versalzen. Nach Reklamation geht der nicht italienische Kellner zum Nebentisch und fragt die Dame laut ! (hatte etwa 30 Min. vorher den Branzino) ob der denn versalzen war - Antwort Nein, alles in Ordnung. Ich sagte beim Bezahlen, er solle doch einen kleinen Löffel probieren, - Antwort: brauch ich nicht - war die gleiche Pfanne! -etwa 35 Minuten später (!) kam also meiner Gattin ihr Fisch aus der gleichen Pfanne. ...na dann... 2 Vorspeisen, 3 Glas Wein 60,-- Euro, kann man machen. Fazit : richtig verdorbener Sonntag Abend, völlige Gleichgültigkeit des Betreibers- eigtl. tut uns der Vergleich mit Autobahnraststätten schon leid,- die können´s wesentlich besser! Anmerkung: Zwei Tische weiter wurde auch eine Reklamation ca. 40 min. vor unserer einfach so "abgebügelt". Anmerkung: obwohl wir richtig sauer & enttäuscht sind... Die Pizzen sehen von Weitem sehr gut aus. Wir lieben gutes Essen, sind auch bereit dafür gut auszugeben, dieses Restaurant sollten "Food-Lover" meiden! Haben selten so schlimm gegessen. 1 star for the service - 4 stars for some if the food. Very rude behavior from the waiter. We asked specifically for a glutenfree dish for one of us. The dish was covered with (normal) bread crumble. No excuse from the waiter - he was just really annoyed that we asked for another serving. Did not speak one more word to us for the rest of our visit. Really bizarre experience - and a shame the restaurant actually serve quite...
