The boy in clean shave, is extremely rude. We had food on the table and he shouted on us to pay first. We used to go their but every time the mentally sick clean shaved guy on the reception shouted on customers. He said you can leave the food and go away. So we have to left the untouched food on the table and left just because we didn’t pay before food? We used to pay after eating and always paid with tip to other guys but this time the mentally sick guy shouted and said you can go on other restaurant. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and rude behavior from their side. They didn’t even apologize for misbehaving their customers. We are working professionals and felt ashamed Infront of other customers due to his behavior.

What shall i say that can represent how great this place is ?? 10/10? 💯 amazing ? I don’t know but all i can say is wow ! It was so good i went there 5 times within 3 days ! staff speak german and arabic -eat in or takeaway available -free tea -halal -big portions -cheapest food i ate in germany -tastiest food i had in germany

all in all i loved this place for its amazingly tasty, cheap and filling Syrian food!! You wont regret it at all ! I ordered quite a few things just to change up and see the different taste but one thing was for sure ! I didn’t regret anything ! Id go again ! Id recommend again and you would be missing out if you dont try this place ! You can thank me...

Ich gebe der Person eine Anweisung und sage auch was ich haben will, aber seine Ohren sind taub. Er hört mich nicht und macht genau zweimal den gleichen Fehler. Einmal sagte ich, ich möchte keine scharfe sosse haben und dann merke ich zu Hause. Er hat sich auch scharfe sosse reingemacht und bevor ich gegen habe ich noch eine Tüte gefragt und er hat sie auch nicht gehört. Ausserdem ist das Essen schon kalt, bevor ich zu Hause ankomme. Und ich rede hier von schabama wenn das richtig ausgesprochen ist. Mit Google lässt sich manche Dinge nicht gut aussprechen. Ich wiederhole schabama ausserdem sind die Preise extrem teuer geworden. Anscheinend gucken sie sich Dinge ab und Glauben. Es hätte ein Erfolg, aber ich bin der Meinung, dass es nicht das was der Laden früher ausmachte der schabama hat ca. 1,50 € bis 2 € gekostet. Jetzt kostet der drei bis vier Euro ausserdem lässt der Geschmack nach? Ich weiss nicht, irgendwie kam es mir so vor, als wären die Gurken irgendwie so schlapprig irgendwie als wäre der Geschmack weg. Um es freundlich auszudrücken, die Leute sollten mal zum Ort ohrenarzt gehen
