Nice little pizzeria in the neighbourhood .i would say its quite more pricer then other food outlets around it . while the food is tasty and nice !, the price is quite the factor and id go to one of the cheaper spots to eat 10 seconds away if i was on a budget trip . If you don’t have a budget and don’t mind spending a few more euros then this place will do you well as the food is also halal and tasty with the options of eating in or taking out . The food was fresh and delicious and despite the fact that it was crowded, the wait until food was served was acceptable. The toilets were very clean and their supplies were adequate. Eigentlich gehe ich regelmäßig ins Alte Forno und war bisher immer zufrieden. Doch der Besuch in der Nacht vom 13. auf den 14. Juli 2025 – irgendwann zwischen 0 und 1 Uhr – war eine absolute Katastrophe.

Ich war mit einem Kollegen dort, und der Service war einfach unterirdisch. Zwei männliche Mitarbeiter waren anwesend, beide komplett desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, wir stören sie nur. Kein Lächeln, keine Begrüßung – nichts. Als wir nach dem Essen unsere Teller zurückgebracht und uns bedankt haben, gab es nicht einmal eine Reaktion. Einer der beiden starrte nur auf sein Handy, als wären wir Luft.

Zum Essen selbst: eine Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie. Es war völlig geschmacklos und wirkte, als hätte man es ohne Mühe oder Sorgfalt zubereitet. So schlecht habe ich dort noch nie gegessen.

So einen respektlosen Umgang mit Gästen und solch eine miserable Qualität bin ich von Alte Forno nicht gewohnt. Sollte sich daran nichts ändern, werde ich das Restaurant künftig meiden – und auch niemandem mehr...
