Biertreff — Restaurant in Berlin

I wouldn’t choose this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

During a heavy rain in Berlin, several people and I took brief shelter under the large umbrella outside this venue. We weren’t occupying any tables or disturbing anyone. Still, two staff members came out shouting “time to go” and abruptly closed the umbrella, leaving us exposed to the rain.

It may seem like a small thing — but it revealed a complete lack of empathy. There are reviews saying the staff are friendly. But what is friendliness worth if it disappears when someone simply needs a little compassion? I personally don’t support places that act with coldness when there’s no direct benefit for them.

Der Biertreff ist sicher der Umgebung des Ladens gut angepasst! Man kann hier sich am Tresen oder am Dart Automaten oder an den zwei Geldspielgeräten gut die Zeit verbringen. Was die restlichen Angebote betrifft kann ich nichts weiteres sagen, aber die aus einer 1 Liter Spreequell ins Glas gegossene Fassbrause war schaal, also bereits abgezogen von der Kohlensäure. Das hätte man so nicht mehr ausschenken dürfen! Was andere Getränke betrifft, werden die nicht davon betroffen sein, da Flaschenbier oder gezapftes vom Hahn was anderes ist!
