Al Nafetha — Restaurant in Berlin

I feel sorry to leave such a bad review, the people there seem nice and the location is also OK. But I can't remember having food that terrible in a restaurant. It's like they googled a bunch of exotic dishes and decided to cook them like the cantine of an hospital. Normally I'm mad when I end up at a bad restaurant in this case I'm not. I'm baffled. What they were thinking? Samosa made of store bought phyllo(!) dough filled with turkish pida ground beef, cheap mass produced gnocchi served undercooked and fried in a pan. Sicilian caponata with chocolate! WHY. We all have this friend who loves to cook but they are terrible at it. We should stop praise them out of courtesy because sometimes they end up opening...

The restaurant is very nice place to be in at evening. They have a nice collection and many dishes. All food contents are BIO. The staff are nice and helpful. The hygienic rules are being followed. The tables are being disinfected and cleaned. The toilet are very clean. The Fattoush is one of my favorites dishes. You can see it in the commentary below....

A great restaurant with interesting dishes! I had the water melon salad with feta which was really great! The staff is very friendly and the prices are okay considering that they use good local ingredients.
