Horrible service !!! Table was not cleaned, waiters annoyed and not willing to do their basic job, like smiling or welcoming, I had to call 3 times someone and had to wait long time for a over expensive but very bad quality glass of white wine , very long time waiting to clean up our plates after dinner, iI asked the bill and the very annoyed waitress asked me "what did you eat"? aggressive , rude and not professional , obviously I did not leave any tips and she looked at me as I had to give something , then , still annoyed, gave me 8 .90 € change in alla coins , she walked off and she did not say anything . No thanks , No bye .

Dear Manager I would definitely change staff . It's plenty of unemployed people looking for a job willing to work way much better the them. Berlin your customer service is total disaster.

Arema is a large, cozy restaurant located in the heart of Moabit, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The menu is vast, offering everything from Schnitzel and Flammkuchen to pasta and a seasonal selection.

The Schnitzel, crispy and flavorful, paired well with the Bratkartoffel. The salad with grilled chicken was solid, with the chicken cooked perfectly juicy. However, the Flammkuchen could have used a bit more salt and a few extra minutes in the oven, as it wasn’t quite as crisp as it should be.

We have always enjoyed going here in the morning, especially for the Arema breakfast and English breakfast, I always get a comfortable experience and feel relaxed when I eat a superb breakfast. So tonight we went to dinner here for the first time and of course it was fantastic! Oh my god, the steak with onions and rosemary potatoes and vegetables.😍 Better than their food are their people, everybody is so kind and caring, it’s always genuine smiles and cool, relaxed team. They are kind and loving with kids, which is greatly appreciated in this city. Plus the drinks are always A+, the coffee is right!
