Not bad but also not good. Can have better food with that money but this neighborhood is quite bad area for dine out. So, either you drive a bit for better food or stay in this neighborhood and appreciate what you have. ———update———— Im not saying that moabit is bad area, but (fine, stylish) dine out point of view, Moabit has not much choices compared to other districts. The feeling that i had from your restaurant was the ingredients were cook with the deep frozen food. It didn’t give me the feeling that meats are from fresh/didn’t get frozen quality, it gave me a feeling that you guys just bought already handled frozen meat and just fried it.. French fries as well. OK, I'm going to food shame myself, but I visited this place twice within a few days of each other. I love a good Schnitzel and the first time I went, the Schnitzel was to die for. I'm not too keen on onions or the dressing most German restaurants automatically put on your salad. So on my second time I requested they hold the onions on both the salad and the potatoes, and I asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, eine solide und vielfältige Speisekarte sowie fachliches Küchen - Personal zeichnen dieses Café-Restaurant aus. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken, Weinen und auch Cocktails. Die Bedienung ist locker und freundschaftlich, mann/Frau fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Einrichtung lässt viel Spielraum dafür, sich frei zu bewegen. An den großen und auch an den kleineren Gäste-Tischen ist es nicht "beengt", so wie in vielen anderen Cafés und Restaurants, leider. Ich bin sehr gerne hier - Bereits schon seit 1986 besuche ich regelmäßig dieses Café- Restaurant. Es gefällt mir sehr, das ich bis 16.00 Uhr frühstücken kann. Hier habe ich im Übrigen auch Thomas kennen gelernt. Er bemühte sich wohl hier in Berlin um eine Lizenz für eine Privat-Detektei, mehr "schlecht als recht" möchte ich hinzufügen. Ich riet ihm damals mich in Honolulu besuchen zu kommen. Vielleicht könnte er eine Zeit lang erst einmal in meinem Gästehaus wohnen! Er war jung und ziemlich pleite. Eines von beiden, so sagte ich ihm damals, wird sich mit der Zeit wohl von selbst reduzieren. An dem anderen jedoch müsse er noch intensiv arbeiten. Manchmal, wenn ich hier draußen auf der Terrasse vor dem Café sitze, fällt mir diese erste Begegnung mit Thomas wieder ein... als wäre es gestern gewesen. So, nun muss ich schnell Thomas vom Flughafen abholen, er hat hier einen Fall mit einer jungen Dame und es geht wohl um exklusive Juwelen - Mein Gott, hoffentlich steckt er nicht wieder in Schwierigkeiten.
