Everything was horrible. My food was delivered 15 mins early. Told 40 mins it came after 25(said the delivery driver after, idk) I was not there yet and was not notified that someone was ever there, I went out to the street just before my planned pickup. No one there. Waited for 30 mins after the guy told me 5 minutes on the phone. No one came, so I called again. No answer. Went back up to my apartment on the 4th floor. Total of 1 hour 10 mins after planned delivery at this point. I get a call that someone is outside with the food. Rush down to meet them. They immediately show frustration for apparently giving the wrong address, also the owner did(I gave the right address, it has never been an issue ever)
Finally got the food, get up to my apartment, eat some of the sushi before unfortunately looking at one of the Nigiri-sushi and seeing a small fly dying, still moving around in the sushi rice.
I obviously stop eating and throw out the rest of the sushi and the soup I also ordered. Honestly by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’m sure their service and food is normally good, but it could not have been worse for me, and I will never even think about eating here again. 0/5

The order was delivered way earlier than expected, but unfortunately I understood soon why: the food was not fresh. Thai Curry with salmon had a weird taste (I ordered from this restaurant many times before via another food app) and the salmon sushi was very dry and cold (considering it was delivered super fast, it could have not been that dry and cold). Plus, instead of grilled salmon, my sushi had salmon skin only (not what I ordered). The only reasonable explanation I can come with is that they sent old food, to cut costs on the 50% discounts. First, order marked in Lieferando as on its way at 7pm. Second, after calling at 7.25pm, was told food was already out. Third, delivery person says he is only from Lieferando while wearing a t-shirt with the restaurant's name and logo. Food arrived thankfully warm, so this implies just poor planning from the restaurant and that food went out at 7.30pm or so (5 min drive).
