Sushi Yana Moabit — Restaurant in Berlin

I ordered a sushi mix and duck with sweet and sour sauce. The duck - very very old, dry and crunchy. Also had a very unpleasant color - don't recomend. The order came pretty fast so I assume they just put some random old leftover duck. The sauce had a very thick jelly-like consistency - not very pleasant About the sushi.. The smell of the tuna was absolutely awful. The tuna was very dark colored, smelled disgusting and was not fresh whatsoever. I wish I could upload the smell.. The whole thing was not edible and as it's raw fish, it is considered a health hazard. Ah also take a look at my Nacho "Wan Tan" - absolutely disgusting I usually never throw food away, however after i gagged a few times because of the tuna, I had no other choice Please take care and be careful what you order...

I used Uber Eats on 18 May to order from this restaurant around 1930. It estimated that it would arrive at my hotel by 2005. Then it changed to 2030. Then there were no more updates. I called the restaurant directly and they told me it would be 15 more minutes until delivery. 1 hour later, still no food and the app shows that nothing has changed. I contacted Uber, they called and then they said I canceled. So I didn't have food and was charged 26€! I've also seen a few other reviewers claimed they had their negative reviews removed because it was "defamation". An honest review should not be considered as...

Ich habe eine Mix it yourself Bowl bestellt mit Tuna, einigen Extras und Sesamsosse. Als diese ankam war ich aus verschiedenen Gründen sehr unzufrieden und diese haben sich aber folgend gelöst: Ich war zu blind, um richtig zu lesen und wusste nicht, dass in der Bowl Erdnüsse drin sind auf die ich leider allergisch reagiere. Ich dachte die Info war nicht bei Lieferando, ich habe es aber schlichtweg überlesen = mein Fehler Ich habe die Bowl mit „Tuna“ bestellt, da ich von anderen Bowl Restaurants unter Tuna diese rötlichen Thunfisch Filets verstehe, obwohl in den Auswahloptionen sogar weiter unten eine Auswahlmöglichkeit mit „Thunfischscheiben“ war.. hätte ich also auch besser wissen können Ich habe Sesamsosse bestellt, was auch in meinem Lieferando Beleg steht, aber es wurde eine Spicy Soße über die ganze Bowl gemacht, weil Lieferando das wohl falsch weitergegeben hat. Diese Soße war so unnormal scharf, dass ich sie wirklich nicht essen konnte Fazit: Auch wenn der Großteil meiner Unzufriedenheit einfach durch meine eigene Dummheit entstanden ist. Hat mir der Mitarbeiter von Sushi Yana zugehört und mir angeboten, weil ich so unzufrieden war und es ja auch die falsche soße war leider eine neue Bowl zu bringen. Diese habe ich nach 45 Minuten erhalten und bin überglücklich, weil sie diesmal perfekt ist. Schmeckte wirklich richtig richtig gut, hat sattgemacht und für den Preis kann man absolut nicht meckern. Würde alleine schon wegen der Kulanz, dass mir eine neue Bowl gebracht wurde, obwohl das zum Großteil mein Fehler war, immer wieder bei Sushi Yana bestellen. Vielen Dank an den netten Mann...
