Edit: 6ish months later, I am still ordering pizza from this place and it’s as good as ever.
Original post: Honestly, I don’t remember when I had a pizza with a better tomato sauce and crust than here.
The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and fluffy, not dry at all, the tomato sauce was delicious, with the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and the bufala was a very fitting topping.
For my taste, maybe there should be a bit more cheese, but sometimes less is more and with a crust, sauce and toppings of such high quality it isn’t...
Read moreThis place used to be wonderful, but recently has become quite unfriendly. The pizzas are sadly less good compared to 2021. The dough used to be really nice but I think they might have changed the staff and the quality isn't good anymore. Unfortunate.

The dough is much better than I expected, with a crispy crust and nice flavour. Other takeaway-pizza-places have dry dough, and Trecento Grammi has genuinely nice dough!
