Unfortunately my experience was bad in all senses. I was exited to visit this place, but you can never be sure unless you try and see it by your own eyes. -We came there for breakfast and ordered Halwa puri Chana , in their menu picture attached it looks like this with 3 ingredients. They brought only Chana and thick, completely flat puris with an yeast smell. When we complained, they just said , we can’t do anything they just don’t cook well today. Only after we complained they offered Naan, that was bad and uncooked (See picture.) Waiter can clearly see all food what he brings was not the best , but they still were trying if can work out and if we will be fine with that. -waiting time was long , more than 30 min when first items appeared on the table -no cutlery provided at all, we again had to ask for it after food arrived -no plates were provided, only after we asked he brought 3, but we were 4!!! -I ordered simple black tea and they brought Indian spices tea. (It’s not even in the menu and I don’t like it it) -chicken Haleem was terrible, to oily, probably with not best quality chicken, no salt at all they forgot to put it and no spices. -paratha was ok -waiter was very aggressive and annoyed that we give feedback. -got all the taste and food quality prices are high. Value-price ratio is bad. -I saw other people complaining and asking to talk to manger, we did it as well , but their ego and attitude prevent them to accept feedback and put customers and their needs at the heart of their business. Probably in Berlin this can work out, but I go to such places to experience not this, but delicious food and hospitality no matter what. Unfortunately I didn't find them there.

I was looking for a good Pakistani restaurant in Berlin ( for info most India restaurants are run by Pakistanis in Berlin)..so I wanted something a bit more authentic. If you are visiting skip the normal menu and find the little speciality dishes items hidden away on the next page from the main menu items. I had the lamb and the chicken dishes which were both on the bone (better for taste) to warn you - I think they will do boneless versions but definitely won't taste the same. The meat just fell off the bone it was so nicely good and both came in a rich curry gravy and were totally delicious 😋😋🤤🤤. I asked to have my lamb Pakistani style so more green chillies..so if you like spice then tell them at the ordering. The lady serving us was super nice and very much appreciated our super positive feedback I will go for roti next time as I wasnt a total fan of the name bread but there are many different styles to have people do it. Highly recommend - but go for the Pakistani specialities and you won't be disappointed 🇵🇰🇵🇰 I will be back!

In Berlin, most of the Pakistani/Indian restaurants are not authentic; they usually just cook one base curry and then simply mix anything else and call it a separate dish. Ashiyana, on the other hand, has been consistently very authentic in terms of offering Pakistani food. Biryani is usually a yardstick for me to gauge the authenticity of desi restaurants, and Ashiyana's chicken and mutton Biryani are great! Furthermore, other dishes such as the ones that I have tried - Haleem, Mutton Korma, samosa, chai, etc - are also quite authentic and delicious. Moreover, they also offer Halwa, Puri, and Channa as breakfast, which is also usually unavailable at average desi restaurants. The service is also quite good. All my desi and non-desi friends, whom I took to Ashiyana, have also quite loved the food. Would highly recommend to any desi and non-desi people to have an authentic Pakistani food experience.

Delicious foods, cool atmosphere & Outstanding Service.

I several times visited Ashiyana Restaurant, and it is an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for what would be an extraordinary meal.

The menu offered a wide range of dishes, all thoughtfully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece – beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The buffet was a standout, with a perfect balance of textures and tastes that left us craving more. The chef’s attention to detail and creativity truly shone through in every bite.

The service was impeccable, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable without being intrusive.

What also stood out was the seamless blend of ambience, food, and service, making for a dining experience that felt both special and comfortable. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an exceptional meal, Ashiyana Restaurant is the place to be. If you want Pakistani foods tastes in Berlin, then I will recommend...

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY TO THIS INDIAN GIRL. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

On 20.09.25 between 14:00 - 16:00 I went to eat halwa puri with my German friend. Amazing halwa puri and Chae. I ordered 1 halwa puri 1 Anda pratha 2 Chae 2 Fritz Kola. The Indian girl on the reception, i was talking very nice to her guiding her for her study and language importance in Germany and she was thank full for that. The bill she gave me for all above mentioned items was 39 euros. I gave her tip also 5 euros as a nice gesture and we left. My German friend said that I doubt if it costed 39 euros as its not even 30 euros what we ate and then she fooled you playing nice and took tip also from you. I thought calling in the restaurant and inquire about the cost of the items we ate but didn’t so here is my review. The restaurant itself is amazing and tasty food but the Indian girl she is fraud. I hope the owner can check the camera that I gave her 50 euros and she returned me 11 euros. One week passed but it still makes me angry that she is fooling all the customers may be and the owner of restaurant...
