Burger King Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

This place is simply a joke. Went there on a Friday night, understandably was a bit busier than during the week days, which should be expected by the manager of the place who decided to schedule only 3 people to work that day - 3 including the kitchen staff. I ordered the food at 0:08, and then had over an hour to watch the comedy of that place. Multiple orders that were ready ended up not even being picked up, because people simply gave up on waiting for their food and seeing the situation, didn’t even bother asking for a refund. After 1h and 10mins i finally got my FAST FOOD order🥰. Considering this amount of time wasted of my night i kindly asked for a refund, which I personally don’t think was UNREASONABLE. Both of the staff members gave me nothing but attitude, without even a stupid sorry, acted like the long waiting time was not out of order in any way. Eventually they agreed to give me a refund, after wasting another 15mins of my night. I understand this is not a fancy restaurant so my expectations should be low, but to wait for a burger and fries for over 1h is crazy. I feel sorry for every employee who has to work in this ridiculous place and for all the hungry people who just wanted to grab something quick to eat before going home after...

My order was moved at the end of the queue multiple times in favor of some other orders, by an employee. Is there different priority assignment for orders? Why? In my last three visits, I had to wait for at least 35 minutes, because my orders, usually consisting of cheap products, were never cooked in time. Update: wanted to add here that employees serving food at the desk do not care about hygiene rules. Example: an employee touched their sweaty neck, then proceeded to put food in a bag.

Managers are powerless there or never try to improve the situation. What's also confusing is that managers sometimes refuse to go out of their office to speak to clients regarding the quality of service. I asked two times an employee with a headset to call a manager. They looked at me, heard me, but did nothing. That's different from what Burger King advertisements scream about.

Update. I have just checked the milkshakes I ordered: I ordered vanilla and chocolate, but received two chocolate shakes. That's about how their employees care about what...

Have lived nearby for quite some time but this was the first time we have visited. Was pleasantly surprised that the prices are CHEAPER than at Alexanderplatz and that the staff are so much friendlier than at Alexanderplatz too.

There is free wifi and they promote a questionnaire.. for which you can get a free ice cream or coffee.. which is pretty nice.

There is no arguing about being able to use the toilet or not (which happens frequently at alexanderplatz) and the place was pretty clean and has a bike park and an outside seating area.

We will probably be back again, especially during the summer.. since you can sit outside and enjoy your meal and also use the wifi. The only problem we had was the lack of soap in the toilet. Otherwise top marks.

They even let us use 2 codes so we could both get a free ice cream for doing the questionnaire.

Would recommend you come to this Burger King instead of going to alexanderplatz. It's only a tram ride away as well and takes...
