Cafe Evra — Restaurant in Berlin

We ordered 2 large Cappuccinos but the waiter got us normal size. The drinks were not that good, nothing fancy. We ended up paying for normal size and not large Cappuccino.

We also ordered a cheesecake was good. Latte Macchiato was also ok and I wouldn’t order drinks there.

We were there for around 30 mins then people came and the waiter told them to wait so they would take our table. We were barely finished and we wanted to order more drinks. The waiter came and picked our drinks and kept asking if we want something else because people are waiting. It was obvious that he wanted us to leave. He kept interrupting us and telling us there are people waiting and we need to order. Meanwhile there were other tables who were there long before us.

I don’t know why he promised people our table, we didn’t show intention of leaving and every other table was there before us.

At the end, he asked the table next to us if they want to order something else and I think they felt embarrassed and left.

We ordered another thing after.

We used to order online and this was our first time there. I don’t think we‘ll visit again as I did not like...

This is the most underrated cafe I have ever come across. Maybe because of it's location. Nevertheless, the lady from the cafe serves and makes the best cheesecakes I have ever had out of so so many places in Germany, not only Berlin.

I have had it through Dine-in, Takeaway and Delivery numerous times and I go for the Sebastian Cheesecake of different flavours. Then came the new 'Happy Colours' cake and it never disappoints!

The cheesecake's texture, taste, how it melts in your mouth, exact amount of sweet and the look of it is a bliss! The Cappucino is amazing too.

This rating includes the ambience of the cafe too. I'm not such a fan of the location of the cafe and hence order online mostly but this is not enough to decrease then rating!

It deserves much more than 5 stars and to be regarded as one of the 'Top places to have Cheesecakes' in Berlin or Germany!

I had a very bad experience at Cafe Evra while picking up an order for Uber Eats. The girl working at the counter was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was just waiting calmly for my order, but she scolded me and said it would take 20 minutes. I still waited patiently.

After 22–25 minutes, when she finally gave me the order, she also said some offensive words in German and even gave me a dislike without any valid reason. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I hope the management takes this seriously and treats delivery drivers with more respect...
