The place is lovely and coffee and music are good. Unfortunately, it isn't that great for a few months now, and they closed the kitchen, which was a plus. It's often loud inside... not the customers but mainly the guys working there who shout and chat as it isn't a working place, even if it's a chilled and young one, but their dining room or private apartment where to have fun. It would be nice to have more professionalism about 'noise'. Such a pity because most of them are nice when one-to-one. I wonder why to do a working area for people with computers if not considering people coming to work there. I suggest to put the working area upstairs, to give customers quiet and privacy and to ask waiters to be a bit more aware of their 'presence'. I can't imagine how loud it will be in wintertime when everyone is inside.
UPDATE to your answer: Thanks for answering. The "lively conversation and togetherness" that you want are for the customers of for your employees? If you don't have the capacity or the intention to have a space for work, then don't do it. Otherwise you should make it accessible for everyone. Customers talk happily and most of the time respecting the others. Maybe in groups they can be a bit loud, but not even that much. The problem is the place per se most of the time sounds like the private playground for your employees. And honestly, with the price you have, they should be a bit more professional. I don't come there to listen to their personal chats. As long as your space provide the work possibility, it should provide also the right...

Great coffee - but expect a long for your delivery.
Coffee circle is the source for beans for the last 4 years, consistently delivering quality product.
It seems though something is going on the logistics / operations side. Previously it took 3-5 business days to ship (tried all credit card, abo and bank transfer). Most recent experience (Oct 2019) was that the shipping started on 8 working day (!!!) after ordering. Its really difficult to plan your coffee needs around such delivery time... money is charged to card immediately while ordering, and customer services are not answering emails or picking up the phone.
Its really a shame because the coffees sold are great and service/delivery used to be as well (gradually longer delivery times observed for last 1-1.5years - snowballing to the current crisis; prior that next day shipment was a standard).
Hopefully coffee circle will recover and be...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei met a friend here to do some work in the late afternoon on a weekday (pre-lockdown) and arrived early. It was relatively not crowded. All the ālaptopā permitted tables were occupied by people having conversations without laptops, besides a few occupied by large groups working. When i sat in a chair with my laptop i was told by staff to ask to share an occupied table with a group at a laptop permitted table. I understand not being overrun with laptops and ruining the vibe, but some common sense and consideration on this policy would have been appreciated, especially in corona. The woman suggested I wait without my laptop until a table opened up or leave, while the rest of the cafe was empty. No tea but lack of common sense and an aggressive attitude from staff means i wont be going back. Maybe they have problems from the laptop campers who buy a single espresso and stay all day, but this was not the case. only giving two stars because i had an...
