Quite good chicken. I think the chicken filet is the best. Chicken parts are good but from photos I was expecting chicken legs (and there are also chicken breasts which kind of doesn't suit). Fantastic twisted fries definitely to try with sour cream sauce. I would say that it could be a bit cheaper but portions are big. I thought that I have to take extra side dishes of few more chicken parts, but those which I've got were quite big so I had food also for later.

After waiting for 1 hour I got cold food and it was not fresh. They just fried the old food and send it to me. And yes I am your regular customer but I will not order again. Wasted my money last night. I will take off the review only with new order and I guess they dnot Care about the reviews as I called several times but no answer.

The french fries however dont taste as good as they look, kind of oversaturated and not seasoned. The chicken however has a very good goldish look and the sauces they offer with the chicken are also very good. I personally really enjoy the chicken bits with their cheese sauce. The prices are also very fair and they dont rip you off for drinks. Dining options are inside and outside, the seats inside were comfortable and the mood was settling. All in all I can recommend it for...

They served us stale chicken. We ask them for hot chicken but still they served it cold to us. The people on counter are rude and need proper training. This was my first visit to crispy's chicken and gladly my last. Will never visit again and would neither recommend them!! For fried chicken in Berlin, my first preference would be KFC, then Risa's chicken and if these 2 stores are closed permanently, only then I would think of...
