Service: From the moment you step into fa:me Gastrobar, you’re greeted by a team of friendly and attentive staff. Owner Adrian is particularly noteworthy for his warm hospitality and dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. When I first went to Fame, they had been open for a week, and the food, wine, and personal touch on everything they did made it a stand-out experience. This time, they were even better. A michelin level tasting menu with one of the most mind-blowing squid dishes I've ever tasted at an incredibly low price. Our wine, a german Chardonnay, was amazing with our menu as well.

Me and my best friend kept rolling our eyes to the back of our head in pure deliciousness at the flavors, and kept smiling at the details, professionalism and friendliness the owner gave us.

I have recommended this restaurant to every person I know as the nr. 1 restaurant they need to go to before leaving Berlin. But now I think I'll recommend people to go to Berlin, just to go to...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend in der fa:me Gastrobar. Das Essen war sehr gut und von der Idee spannend. Die Umsetzung war aber nicht spitze und es schmeckte alles am Ende doch einheitlich, soll heißen es fehlten mir die Prägungen, die in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Service war sehr gut, hätte aber auch an einigen Stellen nicht ganz so ausschweifend sein müssen. Ich war teilweise lost. Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis sind befriedigend. Wir haben das Lokal mit dem Gefühl verlassen "war gut, aber etwas überschaubar und dafür leicht zu teuer". Entweder hätte es mehr sein können oder dafür günstiger. Wir probieren sehr viele Restaurants in dieser Kategorie in Berlin aus und wir wissen da ist mehr drinn Als unser Fazit: Leider nicht ausreichend um sagen zu können "absolut top und hier kommen wir wieder". Man kann jetzt denken, was sind das für unfaire Bewertungen und warum so kleinlich und Aufwand und Qualität kostet halt Geld, ja, aber wer in dieser Kategorie mitziehen will muss sich auch gefallen lassen, das ganz genau geschaut und verglichen wird. Immerhin haben wir zu zweit 300 eur gelassen. Da sind, wie gesagt, andere Restaurants etwas besser und geben einen das Gefühl einen wirklich runden und schönen Abend gehabt zu haben. Nichts desto trotz ist es sehr schön solche Restaurants in Berlin zu haben, das trägt zur Vielfalt bei. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Bitte achtet darauf das die Portionen für alle gleich groß sind, gerade wenn man Tisch an Tisch sitzt. Ist blöd wenn man sieht das das Gleiche Gericht am nachbartisch um einiges mehr ist. Auch noch: hätte jeder von uns seinen eigenen Teller gehabt und wäre nicht alles zum Teilen, wäre es super. Ich will hier keine Werbung für andere Restaurants in der Kategorie machen, aber zwei Wochen vorher waren wir im Schiller-Kiez bei einer vergleichbaren Lokalität und da gab's für jeden sein eigenes Gericht, was auch erlaubt dass man das Menu noch individueller gestalten kann. Das Essen war dort auch mehr, aber zur selben, wenn nicht sogar besseren Qualität und dafür auch noch etwas günstiger. Es waren dort keine zehn Gänge, dann aber lieber 6...
