Family Quán — Restaurant in Berlin

so overpriced for nothing! my boyfriend and i went there today and i got a duck ramen, which was alright, nothing special, but okay. my boyfriend got the seafood udon soup and it was the worst thing you could expect, i've never seen anything like that. this "seafood" soup that costs about 12€ came full of imitation crab... for 12€...... it also got kind of messy because of the broth temperature.. and some sort of dry mini shrimp... the worst! the waitress refused to get us something instead of this disaster of a dish. also members of the stuff walking through the front door in and out right in front of guests in order to throw smelly trash out. overall: the worst dining experience i've ever had in berlin p.s. just look at the photos and tell me honestly you would pay...

It’s an average pan-Asian restaurant - food offer average- no specialty, it’s the typical offer (sushi, noodles, soups) . Service needs improvement. Restaurant brought the wrong dish (tofu instead of chicken of Thai)- we let them know, they said “well I can’t take it back can you eat it anyway” essentially. We said “sure but can you bring a side of chicken” “that would cost extra”- stuff like this makes the difference between takeout and somewhere to take parents and guests, or somewhere...

That lady who works there is ALWAYS aggressive. I have been there a few times in different times of the day and she is always sharp, impolite and unwilling to serve. She doesn’t come to take the order, unless you ask for it. Tap water costs 1e! LOL. Last time, she was polishing the cutlery so unwillingly and loud as if she doesn’t like that there are guests in the room. Food is good. To take it away. What’s the problem with impoliteness in Berlin?...
