I came across this place while I had to wait for a viewing of a place around the corner. I didn't need to eat since i was full from my fast food meal yet I requested to just have a drink and that was no problem. I was able to talk to the person in charge who gave me advice about the area and letting me know she preferred the other area where I had a viewing later that same day. She really made me feel comfortable in the area. In addition they do serve great food. I had a beer as a starter but was so tempted to try their Vietnamese cuisine that I couldn't resist. I will definitely go there again for another meal...

The beef pho has all the bad quality beef foam floating on top, covering the view and the aroma and the taste of anything else in that dish. Tofu jelly is just frozen Asian market tender tofu plus really chemical syrup that is hard to swallow. AND that youtiao (fried bean curd), OMG, so hard to chew and unflavoured.
