Hanoi Bistro Friedenau — Restaurant in Berlin

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this is basically a typical Berlin-style Asian restaurant--in other words, fairly mediocre. I've had good meals here, where the phở had real broth, but also days where we felt it came from a package. Also chicken on rice where the meat was almost certainly frozen. This was the worst service that we have ever experienced in Berlin. The waiter/ owner was the most rude person ever. We were perfectly polite and calm, and he flew off the handle. Maybe he had a stressful day, but his reaction was completely irrational. We had gone three times before and had had no problems.
