Me and my boyfriend were here for dinner. We are very cautious readers of allergy info on menu because my boyfriend is seriously allergic to peanuts. We ordered appetizers making sure no peanuts at all by checking ingredients lists and allergy superscripts thoroughly, mine was summer rolls with shrimps and his was some kinda crab-sticks dumpling. When we got them, my rolls were rolled with crushed peanuts which is not written on menu as an ingredient nor marked with allergy info superscripts. Although I hate peanuts, I ate them since I am not allergic to them. But my bf is! and his dish had crushed peanuts over the salad which wasn’t stated on menu either ways like mine. We called the waitress and check the menu card again together. We weren’t mad at that moment, and just wanted to let them know their mistakes to prevent future accidents because allergy can be a quite huge problem, and peanut allergy is very common and dangerous. In my bf’s case, eating one peanut can make his throat completely get blocked by swollen. (We made some jokes if it happened in USA, we could take this store to the court right away.) But the waitress’s reaction was unacceptable. She didn’t say sorry at all, but said “it was just on the salad.” that was all. And then main dishes were delivered, again his dish had the same problem, even though we just complained about “UNSTATED” peanuts. As I worked as a waitress for more than 1 year, I can say that for sure the waitress here is not tactful nor witted. Anyway, I took salads with peanuts away from his plate and we ate our meal. In general, all meals are good but not un-substitutable. The broth of pho was somewhat just okay. We are usually very generously tipping because I was in their position as well, but we didn’t leave any tips at all and wished there is a quarter in Germany.

Read moreAmazing food! I would give 5 stars for sure. But the problem is the waitress girl - it was always the same vietnamese girl who doesn't know anything about service. She is always unfriendly and only smiles when she gets tips. She every single time forgets to give us spoons for curry with rice (who can eat it with a fork and chopsticks?!) and what we ask for extra (chili for example). Everytime I visit here, I'm super happy with food but upset...
Read moreThis is absolutely the best vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to, which led me to go back three times in total. The atmosphere is really cozy because it's a very small restaurant. The lamps coming down from the ceiling make it really warm and welcoming. The waiter is very nice, and the delivery of the dishes is always pretty fast, too. I definitely recommend going there, and I also recommend the dish number 5 and the banana lassi!...
