Koriat Kuchenmanufaktur — Restaurant in Berlin

For the leaving party of a friend, I went to this place to buy a cake. I opted for a cheesecake, asking if it was ok to take this kind cause I was afraid it could melt with the heat. I was assured there was no problem at all and I asked to add a sentence on it. Today, I went to pick it up, paid a higher price that the one I expected (cause I was only told at the payment moment that adding a sentence costs you 8 € extra) and after 2 minutes walking, 2 really, all the sentence disappeared and cake started melting on the top. Very disappointed for the price paid. Unclear communication and total waste of money and of the nice surprise it was...

Best sweets EVER!!! The cakes, the croissants, the rolls! Everything is absolutely delicious! They are magicians with the combination of flavors and impecable technique. Coffee also good. But on top of that, they are super friendly, truly nice people. They gave a piece of cake for free to my son because it was too small. They told my friend to pay another time because she didn't have cash (yes, you need to pay cash)....

Really, but I mean Really good little bakery. We tried 4 (!) cakes. All top quality and very tasty. Good (=big) size on the portions. The coffee is really good too! For the car we brought a croissant and a bun. We drove 25 mi utes to get to this little secluded place but it's really worth it. The personnel is very friendly...
