McDonald's — Restaurant in Berlin

I think it's one of the worst McDonald's from what I know. Almost always there is something wrong with the order which I got from them. Last time they didn't gave me ketchup and sauces... and I paid for them extra. Very often burgers are laying so long on a heater that when you got them they are dry and baked. French fries very often are cold or without salt. Their ice-cream mashine is very often broken and make weird noises. They also don't pay enaugh of attention to the cleaning of the restaurant. Almost always when I asked about something, they currently don't have it the stock. I have to also add that because they are small McDonald's they never have any seasonal products. I'm also sorry for workers which are working there, cause they always look so unhappy. For sure their job...

One could write this McDonald’ off on the basis that I once got ants in my sprite there, and being subsequently told to simply use the coke dispenser, as this was not infested with ants. Or perhaps because the waiting time is glacial, even with more staff on hand than customers, one of which looks like Jimmy Neutron. But one would be in the wrong, because when I on a cold December night (much like Joseph and pregnant Mary seeking a hay-laden barn for some rest) entered the Südkreuz McDonalds ended up finding a warmth and hospitality I’ve rarely experienced. Not necessarily from the staff, who were all things considered totally fine, but from the perfectly salty crunchy fries, sweet bbq sauce and frankly excellent double chili cheese burger. I’m thinking about it...

Really bad customer service. I have went to like many McDonald's across the Europe and Asia. Never ever any branch manager said no to charge my smartphone. There was an assistant who helped me showing sockets for my dying smartphone where I was expecting an urgent call. After 2 non functioning sockets I requested him if he can charge my smartphone within the inside operational facility. Never I experienced this, but the manager said that she won't allow this. Being a big fan of McDonald's as a brand, I really expected better...
